This notable Victorian villa was built in the 1870’s by the architect Robert Reid Raeburn. Without having to extend the footprint of this substantial house by much, we reconfigured the downstairs rooms to create a large, bright open plan kitchen and dining room with added porch, pantry, tv room and laundry. The addition of some innovative window designs adds some eye catching detailing.
